I deleted facebook and now I can't login or do anything anymore

Hia!

A couple of months ago, I deleted my Facebook account. Stupidly, I forgot that I had opened my Spotify account using the FB account, which is now gone. I can still use Spotify on my phone, but not on my laptop or desktop anymore, which is kind of annoying. I tried logging into the Spotify website to disconnect from FB, but I can't login anymore! I'm running around in circles trying to get some sort of answer and I'm really hoping I can get it here.

So, in summary

Facebook is deleted and I can't reactivate it anymore (I tried, several times)

I can't login to Spotify either to disconnect from my Facebook

I can't even send a password reminder or something like that to my email because apparently, that isn't linked either

I tried creating a new spotify, but then suddenly it says my email is already in use.

In conclusion, I'm getting a little annoyed, especially since there doesn't seem to be any customer service on spotify that I can use without logging in, which I can't do.

Does anyone know any kind of solution? All I want to do now is just delete my old account and create a new one without Facebook.
