On my spotify account it says that I have the premium trial and I didn't ask to have it. By any chance can I delete it?

If it's the 7 day free trial, after it is over you will go back to the free mode and you won't have to worry.

If you signed up for the 30 day free trial you can cancel it on the account page to make sure you won't get charged

Log into the account page here and it will tell you the status:
