I didn't want to get the premium account for £10

I didn't want to get the premium account for £10

Hello there, I wanted to get spotify premium with NUS discount. When I clicked "get premium" it automatically took £10 from my account. I have not consumed any music under spotify premium is it possible to either get, a refund or 2 months of spotify premium with my NUS card.

Since this is a billing issue, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further 😉

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
