I don't have a premium account ,why i have to pay?

I don't have a premium account ,why i have to pay?how can i cancel it? 

i check all my account , they are all free and never have this payment bills ,i don't know where this payment come from . can i just cancel it or check which account is using my card

That's not good. Let's see what is going on here. Did you check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox? Make sure to look in the spam folder as well in case it went there.Try signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details. 

 

If the account you see is not yours, I'd suggest getting in touch with a member of the Spotify staff to take a look behind the scenes for you. You can reach them on social media (Twitter or Facebook) or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply!

Support usually gets back within a day or two.
