You don’t need a SSN to purchase Premium with Spotify. 

 

You can easily subscribe to Premium here: https://www.spotify.com/premium/

 

You can also learn more about Premium here:  https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/subscription_information/spotify-premium/ .
