I don´t have a user name because i create my account with facebook

I have the problem that every time i want to use spotify in a friend computer or device i have to login first with facebook because i don´t have or i can´t fine my username. it´s very problematic because i don´t want to login every time to facebook if i want to use spotify in other device

what can i do to get a username link to my email?
