I don't have access to the email my spotify is set up with and I can't log in.

I accidentally deleted my spotify data in an attempt to clear some space on my phone and now I can't log back in. I have a premium account and I don't have access to the email I set up my account with due to an issue with fraudulent use. I have no idea what to do, I've tried every password I can think of and nothing is working. I know what my username is though. What do I do?
