It's going to be a not so short process but we'll need your assistance and patience.

First of all, I'll need you to create a new Spotify account(your username of choice) using your primary email (it's advisable not to link it to Facebook as your login path)

After creating this account, you will have to reach out to the help service, someone from the team will assist you.

They will be able to transfer over your playlists, premium privileges, friends etc.
