I don't receive the mail to get a password

Hello,

I usually use spotify with my facebook account on my windows pc. I'd like to use it on another device, so i try to get a password and I should receive a mail to configure that new password. I tried 4 times, yesterday and today (as seen on the image below) and i never received that mail (I yet watched in the spams)

Could you help?
