I don't recieve the invitation code for spotify family in my email

Hello,

Yesterday we've arranged spotify family, but I don't receive the code in my email after we sent the invitation. I have a free account, so it should work, my husband is the administrator. Copying the link does also not work. Does anyone have a solution?

Hey @Petra6,

 

He should be able to send you the link manually. If you've got the link but are seeing any error message, then please let me know the exact error message.

I have the same problem. 

 

no answer anywhere on how you find the link so you can send it. 

Unfortunately it's currently only possible to send the invite link via Email.

 

If the family member isn't receiving any email, i'd recommend trying sending it to another provider's email address.

I have the same problem, i am the administrator and im trying to include my husband to the family account. I sent the link but he didnt receive any emails or links. Does anybody knows any solutions?
