I don't remember my password and spotify sends me to a wrong page. Help please.

Hi everybody!
I hope you can help me with my problem.
I can't remember my password and I have already done what is supposed to do in these cases: click to: Forgot your password?
But Spotify sends me to my perfil page, where I can reset my password after confirm the change with my old password. And I don't remember it... So, I can't find a page that will allow me to receive an email with the password, which is the most common.

Hi. You need to log out of Spotify before you can request a password reset. here. If you use a facebook login, you need to reset your facebook password by the way which you can do here.

To get a password reset:
1. Go to https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/
2. If you get redirected to your online profile (where you need to current password to make the change), you are still logged into the website. Click on your name at the top and choose Log Out.
3. Return to https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/ and you should be able to request a reset.
