I forgot my Username and email linked to my premium account

Hello all,

My name is Jonathan Rodriguez Pineda, and I was born 29/11/1978.

I have more than one Spotify accounts, and I have upgraded to premium one of them this morning.

The problem is that I can't remember the email linked to this account, and at this moment I can't even get logged in to it, because I closed the session accidentally.

I wonder if it would be possible to use the credit card information that I've used to upgrade my account, to get back  the username and password of my premium account.

Is there any different way to get through  this issue?

If I were you, I would enter all my emails into the forgot password box, and then make all the passwords the same. They provide you with your username associated with the email, too.

After you reset all the passwords to the same thing, try out each username with the same password. Find the one with premium, and there you go! Have fun with your premium! (It's awesome!)

Thanks for your help, but the fact is that I entered some email to get the account wich now I can't remember.

I've tried with the two email directions that I have nowadays and it didn't work.

The only thing I imagine that can work would be someone in spotify that can relate the number of the credit card which I've used to pay for the upgrade to premium, with the premium account information itself.

I'm lost.....
