I forgot my password and can't reset it

So about a week ago I tried logging in to my account but it didn't work so i thought ok I'll just go reset my password. But I never get the email from spotify, I've tried contacting them on twitter and submitting a question to support but they just aren't responding. It's really annoying so if anyone knows how to fix this please help me.

1) You may registered Premium account with false email (by mistake) and it's impossible to recover

2) Try to check your Spam folder in your email while resetting account:

Unfortunalty that can't be it becuase so have hundreds of emails about upcoming events and new music from Spotify and there's nothing in my spam folder.

Try to request a new password via an incognito browsing session. If that's not working, contact support again, via twitter chat or email. They do answer but perhaps something went wrong. See here how to get in touch with support.
