I forgot my username and password

I need help. I used to login my Spotify account through my Facebook profile. Today I decided to cancel my Facebook account, but I don't remember my username, nor my password to login my Spotify account. To make things worse, I seem to have created another Spotify account using the same email I used to created the former account... Now I don't know my username, nor password and the email I get from Spotify refer to a newly created account, while mine is a Premium one. Please, help!!! Here's a screenshot of my Premium account, the one i want to reactivate.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide your payment details and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
