I forgot my username and spotify email

1. So I log off my account to use it for next time then I forgot my email and user Is there anything to help with that?

If you've forgotten the email address of your Spotify account, you can try entering your username in the password reset form and look for an email in your different email inboxes. Where the password reset email lands - this is the email address of your account.
