I get Duo adverts all the time but I don't want or need Duo.

I think Spotify thinks multiple people are using my account because I get a Duo email or push notification almost everyday. I don't want Duo and I'm honestly sick of seeing this constantly. Is there an option to opt out or turn this specifically off?

Typically that occurs if multiple devices are on your account and being switched on the app often. If this isn't the case for you, you can sign everyone out of your account here. This means that everyone who is on your account will be logged out and will be forced to log back in if they wish to continue using your account.

There isn't a way to get rid of these notifications permanently but signing everyone out could help mitigate and possibly eliminate the notification showing up altogether. I will also make sure to pass your feedback on to the right folks.
