I get an error entering my debit card info

Every time I go to upgrade to premium through the free trial I get an error that it can't process my order. Half the time the webpage times out trying to load saying 502 or 504 bad gateway.

This is happening on my phone and on my PC. I tried a customer support ticket, but that is the single worst customer support I've used yet. It gives no way to actually solve the problem because it's just an automatic message.

If you reply to the automated email even if it's from no-reply an adviser will be in touch as soon as they can.

Those bad gateway errors are normally only temporary, I would give it a little time and then try again.

I tried to sign up the past three days this week. That section of the website seems broken. 

Also why do the emails say no reply if replying is how you get help?

I don't think I've ever seen a company make it so hard for them to have customers. Idk how they managed to make paying impossible and on top of that they have a worser customer service team than Comcast or EA.
