I got SheerID verification with wrong account

Hey. I just upload my documents to get SheerID verification and I became approved but I realized that it is the wrong account to get premium. So my main account is still free subscriber and I tried to do same for it but SheerID didn't let me do that because these informations have been used before. What can I do? I don't want to use premium with the wrong account.
