I got a family premium account and still got charged for individual premium account

I got a family premium account and still got charged for individual premium account

I had an individual premium account for a while, my partner got a premium family account which I joined by accepting the email you sent but a few days later I still got charged for my individual premium account despite that my account appears as a family account, how can I solve this? We both subscribed to Spotify directly.

you might have to cancel your individual spotify premium plan before joining a family one. that or you may have joined in the middle of a billing cycle and so were charged for the individual account
