I got am American account and blocked

I made my account I'm the United States
Im just a free user , mainly use this account to listen country music. And share my lists

Since left USA to israel
It keepes geting me blocked every 14 days .what's going on ?
I just listen I don't download . Stop blocking my account. It's isn't fair

Yeah but my account been made and used in usa. There's alot of American that live in israel and dosnt get blocked
