I got charged days before my premium expires. What to do?

I got charged days before my premium expires. What to do?

Hi all, as you can see in my photo below, I subscribed to premium promo of spotify (P 9.00 for 3 months) last 3/5/16... Then days before that promo expires, I cancelled my subscription, and when I woke up today, I found a bill from my credit card provider and that bill has a charge from this spotify.

 

Here's the email of spotify when I cancelled my subscription:

Was it my fault for not cancelling earlier this subscription or was it spotify's fault? darn spotify. My credit card bill is due on July 29 next week.

 

I already contacted the spotify team: Spotify Case # 06025166... So my question is, what else should I do? how many hours will Spotify reply to this case? I hate hidden charges. I'm freakin annoyed even though that charge is small, even though that is equivalent to 0.00000000000001 cents -- the big deal here is that I was charged and I need to walk to a bank and be late to my job TO PAY THIS FREAKIN CHARGE!!!! Thanks!
