I got charged too many times

I wanted premium so I put in my information and gets stuck at the student discount page and doesn't let me continue telling me my school is not on the list, BUT IT IS.
I thought I didn't get charged for it so I hit exit on my internet. I check my bank, I got charged more than once of me trying too many times. Spotify help please.

Select these options: Subscription -> I paid for Premium but my account is still on Free -> I still need help
If they will reply with a no-reply email, reply to it, even though it is a no-reply.
