Hello,

 

my name is  Alwin comming from the Netherlands,

 

so my problem, A few months ago, I wanted to try Premium, I enjoyed it a lot the last months!

but now i realise I dont realy have the money in spare, so i wanted to cancel it.

Now i searched and searched, but it says I dont have premium. But strangely my phone says I do, it lets me listen offline, and I pay for it.

 

how can i cancel my sub. to premium now than?

 

I would be very happy if some one could help me.

It sounds like you may have a second account. Do you login via Facebook on your mobile device by any chance?

I got two accounts i belive, one that i have to log into with Facebook.

and the other one that has the premium on it, This one.

 

when i see my name on my phone it says "alwaysalwinn-nl" though, is it an other account then maybe?

realy i get no help at all?

I want my sub, canceled, or i will sue you.

I am not kidding.

you are taking money from me for something i dont want.

Already searched in the EU rules, and guess what its not allowed.
