I have 2 accounts apparently

So I get the gift of Spotify premium every year for Christmas.  I logged on to use the gift card.  Gift cards worked just fine.  Apparently last year I logged in using facebook and this year when I logged in i have an alternate account.  I want to use facebook that has all my playlists and saved music.  How do I make my alternate account that is not linked with facebook link up and get my music back?  I have already tried linking the "alternate" account with facebook in the account page, and in doing so I receive the "Temporarily unable to link with facebook, try again later" message.  Any suggestions?
