I have Spotify Premium, no problem. I bought it for my wife and it is only free version.

I have Spotify Premium, no problem. I bought it for my wife and it is only free version.

I just noticed a recurring bill for 12.99 to iTunes. She used my AMEX to upgrade to premium several months ago but has only had "Free". We have not been able to figure it out. Mine is 9.99, I cancelled the recurring 12.99 charge on iTunes. How do o get her Spotify upgraded to Premium?? Thank you for the help. Julien

Is there a possibility she could have more than one Spotify account? If you cannot figure it out, there is a link to the contact form at the bottom of the help article.
