thanks for posting in the community !

The quickest way to encouter this issue you're having is to (if possible) activate you FB account again, require back all info and disconnect the two, create a new account and merge them.

In addition if this doesn't help and you can't access your account page online and cancel the subscription, please contact support through this help article and have them take a closer look.

Thanks for getting back to us!

There is one thing you can try but it will only work if there is an email address registered in your account. Head over here and put the email address that you used to sign up for the Facebook account. You can then request a password and use the email address as a username.
