I have automatic payment for 9.99 a month and you have been charging my account double .

I have automatic payment for 9.99 a month and you have been charging my account double .

You have been charging my account double each month for my premium.  My account payment is supposed to be 9.99 per month.  I keep getting a message my payment was declined but it shows up on my bank statement.  I have records showing you are charging my account on the 12th and 24th.  I enjoy having my premium but do not want to be billed double for it.  If it can’t be fixed then tell me how to unsubscribe.

Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Community.

 

Sorry to hear that you are being charged twice. I understand that you say each month the charges show up on your bank statement, is that correct? Could you also let me know if you are receiving emails for both charges from Spotify? You may need to check your spam/junk folder also for these.

 

If this is the case it may be that you are being charged tor two separate accounts.
