I have been billed twice

I have been billed twice

I have been billed twice this month. Once on 5/7 and once again on 5/8. Could someone please help me get this resolved?

 

p.s. I have gone to the "contact  form" on several occasions and it will not work on my computer for whatever reason so this is my only means of contacting customer support.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

This is something the customer services guys will need to lend a hand with, luckily we have another contact form (which should hopefully work for you!):

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
