I have been charged for premium but subscription status still free.

I have been charged for premium but subscription status still free.

i have signed up for premium and my credit card has been charged, but my subscription status still free and i don't have any of the premium features.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled but no change.

I've just taken at the Spotify account linked to your Community profile and that account doesn't have any history of any subscription on it.

 

Get in touch here and one of our support team will get back to you as soon as they can. Include the order number of your recent payment to speed things along. If you get an automated response, reply back to it directly.
