I suggest you contact support so they can help you
When filling out the contact form make sure to put an email address that you can be reached at.
If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
Sign out of Spotify (make sure you are not logged into any Spotify account)
and then follow this link to submit the contact form:
It will allow you to enter an email address they can contact you at. I linked to the right contact form in my first post, but I guess it doesn't work anymore if you are logged in. Sorry about that.
