I have been locked out of my account and cannot access my account information

My Question or Issue

Recently I have been locked out of my account. Upon entering my username and password I received a notice say incorrect password email combination. So, I went to file for a password recovery. However, aol has a policy that deletes inactive accounts. Now having no access to email or password I am currently paying for my Premium through the taxable benefits of Starbucks Spotify Plan. The only way to cancel the plan is to access the Spotify account. Is there any way I can retrieve my password through administration or a second source?

Hi! I am sorry for the inconvenience but try reaching out to spotify to see if they could fix this problem. Also, try resetting your password and downloading and reinstall the app. Updating your phone could help as well. I hope your issue gets resolved soon.
