I have been overcharged!

I have been overcharged!

I am a student and I have been using unidays to recieve my 50% off premium. For some reason this month I was charged the full amount? I have tried to go through unidays again but it says that I am not eligible- it won't let me add my valid NUS card either. Please Help!

For what time have you been using student discount? Discount period is for 12 months

Probabaly 12 months- Does this mean I have to start paying the full amount?

Prior to the end of the Discount Period you may reactivate the Offer for an additional twelve (12) months period (“Extension Period") by again submitting your still valid Discount Records. You may only use your NUS Card or Unidays registration to get the Offer for one Spotify account.

I have a new NUS card now though as my other one expired, when I tired to add it to my account it says that I cannot add another card?

The student discount lasts for one year. After that time you will need to renew it.

 

Go to http://spotify.com/student to sign up for the student discount again.

 

Also, click the link to the terms and conditions at the bottom of the page so you are aware of the renewal process.

I have gone through the link that you provided. When I try to go through Unidays it tells me that I am not elligible, and when I try to add my latest (valid) NUS card it tells me that I am not able to add another card...

 

What do I do now?

I am from the UK not the US, I have already read the FAQ's they don't help me or answer my question.

 

What am I supposed to do?
