I have the same issue: I have been charged for Premium, even though I've cancelled my subscription from account settings.
Support really lacks email, as well as cancellation should be confirmed via email...

I also have the same issue. I cancelled my premium around the beginning of the month. I was surprised when I received the notification email that my paypal was charged for another month of premium service. Now when I log in to my account it still shows as premium even though I cancelled it. How can this happen?

If you have canceled your subscription you should have received a confirmation email. It's always good to check your inbox/spam.
