Hey there!

 

Are the same library items present on the account despite the lack of Premium features?
If not, you have probably logged into a different account.

So that we can help you further, could you check this and also let us know if you were the owner of the Duo plan or if you had been added as a member?

I don't have song or playlist

Thanks for the post.

 

Since you can't see your songs or playlists, most likely you're logged in the wrong account. You can check this by seeing if the username and profile picture on your other device match with those on your phone.

 

I'd suggest you log out and log back in with the email address associated with your original account. If you have trouble remembering those log in details, go through the steps in the article.
