I have changed Facebook accounts and have lost my playlists and premium user account. Please help.

Hi,

 

I have recently closed my old facebook account and have opened up a new one. I was a premium user and now that i've linked spotify to my new account, i've lost all of my playlists and premium account. Can you please transfer over my playlists and user status. Please help. I havee contacted Spotify in regards to this problem twice 😞

How long has it been since you contacted support? Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
