I have duplicate accounts and can' t identify which one is correct

I have duplicate accounts and can' t identify which one is correct

I have two Spotify accounts that are tied to a family plan:
- Email A
- Email B

However, none of them are the emails associated with the credit card. I've tried all other emails I have that may be linked to the credit card (Google, Facebook, Apple logins).

I can confirm I'm being charged every month $19.27CAD.

In that case, it's best to reach out to Support, so that they can locate the account and cancel the subscription: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/ 🙂
