I have free Spotify but I am being charged

I have free premium Spotify with my mobile plan. My staus says im on free Spotify yet I'm getting billed $12.99 pm.
There is no actual contact for Spotify l have no idea how to cancel

For the price you're paying, it seems like you've subscribed through iTunes, is that correct?

In this case you have to go to the iTunes Store in order to cancel. This link might help you 🙂

I'm sorry @tashmcauley I thought you said 12.99 american dollars, which is the price you pay if you subscribe to Spotify through iTunes.

In which country are you? What is Colorfy?
