I have had a premium account for a long time, all of a sudden im degraded to a free account

Hi,

I´ve had my premium account for ages. Today I noticed that im degraded to a free account. This means that I no longer have access to my offline playlists which I use frequently in my work. I need my premium account back! Does this also mean that I have been paying for a service that I have  not been able to use?
