I have hit that "send email to set up password" eleventy billion times

And it won't send me an email.

 

I signed up for premium so I could listen on my iPhone, thought that I could just login with Facebook like always, but no....it's not showing that I have premium service. So I see that I need to use that all numbers account and set up a new password, but the email is not in my inbox and it's not in my spam folder either, so I don't know what to do. This is so frustrating. Your help section is maddening as well.

 

Why don't you people have a phone number?

You should be able to log in using your Facebook details if they work on the desktop application. If your device is not recognising your premium, try the steps outlined in this topic

Spotify don't do telephone support, but you can get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form at any time if you wish.
