I have just signed up for Premium for Family, instead of tre account? Are they closed?

I have just signed up for Premium for Family, instead of tre accounts.

Around 23. december 2016 we signed up for a tre month period at the cost of kr. 9,-.

Is those accounts closed after I have signed us for the Family at the cost of kr. 149,- per month?

Hi.

If the accounts are subscribed directly with Spotify the regular Premium fee will put on hold, and will resume if/when the accounts leave the Spotify Family plan.

If they are subscribed via a third party the account(s) will have to be cancelled before joining the Spotify Family subscription.

I have just been charged for kr. 99,- just for me and not for my children, who are part of the premium for family.

How do I get it back? And how do I avoid it next month?

I suggest you to contact Spotify support so they can take a look, can be done here:
