My Question or Issue

I have lost access to my Spotify account. One day I was logged out of all my devices, and I could no longer log into my account, it said that the login or password was incorrect.
But at the same time, my password is saved in the iPhone and it is exactly correct, plus I tried to reset the password, but the letter simply does not arrive at my email, and I also tried to register a new account using this email, but, as expected, I received an error that this email is already in use.
I also still continue to pay for a subscription that I can’t cancel, it’s very annoying.
**bleep** help me and return the money, as I could not use the service due to your error. Thank you

My Question or Issue

 

Hi, I am on premium service (free trial period) right now.

I have a problem with my log in. 

when clicking 'continue with google account' it keeps saying 'something went wrong' and doesn't start at all. It used to be working fine. 

And I cleared cache and deleted the whole app, downloaded it again.

But still now working.   

I have tried password solution as well.  My google email address is

I tried to reset the password and get the email from spotify several times.

it says they sent the email but I have not got any emails at all. (I also checked if the email is in the spam mail box)

what can I do?? I can not use my premium account without the ID.

PS) I need to let you know that I have another account on the other email **bleep** which was working fine to reset the password and change the id.

Firstly, as all posts on the Community are public, please do not post any sensitive information such as email addresses, usernames, payment numbers, etc. here. As for the issue itself, check your spam folder for the password reset email, it might have been sent there. If you have any alternative login methods set on your account - Facebook, Google or Apple - you can use those to log in and update the email address if necessary.

This doesn't work, I don't receive a letter in my email, even in the spam block. Also, I tried to log in without using a password (a function in the mobile application), and I received an error that my account does not exist.

Thanks for the reply. Since we cannot manage accounts directly on the Community, you can reach out to our support team and they will gladly assist you further. When doing so, make sure to have all your payment info on hand, as those will be necessary for search and verification.

My Question or Issue

I can’t no longer use logging option Continue with Apple. All I get is “This email and password combination is incorrect”. 

I have been using this for last two months, I have even activated premium (which I no longer have access to cancel therefore).**bleep** hence it’s not possible from me to use the password recovery option. What to do? I don’t even know why I was logged off, since I didn’t change anything.
