I have lost all my friend and playlist

I have lost all my friend and playlist

Hi to all, i think that my account was unified with my mail... so, now i have lost all my playlist and friends! first i have joined in spotify with my facebook account... after i have installed spotify on my device with my mail...

now i have lost everything!! i'm stressed!

how i can restore my past account?

please help me!

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Are you sure you're logging into the right account? It sounds like an issue outlined here.

 

If that doesn't work out for you, it sounds like a duplicate account, so I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into it for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

Hi AntonyB... (i'm Remo) with another name...
becouse now, also the forum not even recognizes me.

The first solution haven't work for me!

And I have sumbitted the request with online contact form but nothing happened!

ZERO answer!

this is Spotify customer service? WOOW!

i think i'll not give some Euros for this service

I have a mail but i can't find the "case number"...

Ok! I have found it: 00724963

Normally beside a # symbol in the subject? (Its been a while since I opened any cases to be honest!)


I will ask someone to chase that up for you.

I have just had a quick look at your case and it seems that it has been auto-resolved (did you get the please talk to community mail?).  The problem seems to be that your account split and then you were logging into a duplicate account.  I have now removed the duplicate and you should be able to use your playlists.

i re-logged in community and again the system tell me "this name already in use"

another name required for community! Is crazy!

Ok, i have chosen another name but i'm always Remo.

So,

in Spotify... dear Calvin nothing solved!

I log in but my playlists don't appears in spotify.

My friends continue to be unknown.

Can you reply directly to the automated email that Calvin mentions above (even if its from no-reply) and that will ensure your case reaches an advisor as soon as possible?
