I have lost my Spotify Premium subscription

HI there,

 

Ive been using my Spotify Premium account for a while now, which I received via my Vodafone contract. However, it has very recently stopped working and looking at my account details it says that I only have the free version!! WHat has happened to my account and why has it stopped being Premium!? ANy help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are definitely logging into the correct account, you will most likely need to get in touch with Vodafone as they control your subscription.

Yep, Vodafone randomly cancelled my premium subscription then took a week to reinstate it, but it's now back! Thanks for your response!

Silly Vodafone, hope they knocked a few ££ of your bill for the inconvenience!

I am also having the same problem except I lost mine because my phone reset to factory settings. Best bet would be to go to Vodafone store. I went today and she said she could get it back but I couldn't remember the account details but I have done it now so I'll be going back Monday. Not much info but hope it helps
