I have lost my account which was attached to my deleted Facebook account

I am kind of jammed looking for my Spotify Premium account. With a new computer I needed to install Spotify again but I don't know my account anymore. I used to login automatically with my Facebook account which is now deleted. I have a new Facebook account but that one is now connected to another - free - account.

Where can I find my previous account? The Premium account number should be somewhere on my creditcard payments?

If I have found this, how can I get a new password and connect it to the new Facebook account?

I have found myself in a real jigsaw puzzle...

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.
