I have paid and been verified for the student pricing. And I am still not upgraded? Calvin started to answer my questions but now will not respond to me. I have emailed the coustomer service like I was detected to and no one has gotten back to me!! How can a business get away with taking your money without me being able to contact them back and get a response! I need my money back or just my premium!

And I would like to know why I am getting emails congratulating me on posting my questions??? It makes no difference what you call me. Just answer my questions!

I have had he same problem. I've been going back and forth with them by email and now all of a sudden the communication has stopped.
