I have one registered Spotify account and have only been charged once every month until this month when my payment was late.
I have now been charged twice and had the spotify support team tell me that they have not charged me twice and I in fact have two accounts which I have confirmed and proven I have not. HELP! I want my money back from the unauthorised charge
