I have paid, even though I have canceled my subscription!

Hallo Spotify. I have paid twice since I canceled my subscribtion. Now I have tried to cancel it again, but I want my money back. I was on your site, and I was going to it in here: https://www.spotify.com/se/help/faq/payment/how-can-i-cancel-my-subscription/, but still I have paid it once more. 
I really hope you can help me, but I know that I have done it right. Something is clearly wrong. Sorry.

I had the same problem and just sent in the info through the contact form. Hopefully it works because I LOVE Spotify and don't want to lose it because of customer service!!!
