I have paied the subscription but appears as a free account

Hello I have paied my subscription with the 3x1 offer under my acount <removed>@gmail.com and it shows as a free account. I have the paypal receipt. please help

Hi. I edited your email address to protect you from spam.

 

Sometimes it can take a short while for the subscriptio to update. Did you receive a receipt from spotify (not paypal)? If so, can you check that the username quoted in it is the same as that shown on ths page. What iappears under subscription status there?

OK solved i have checked and my email address and facebook where 2 different accounts.

So i have the premium with my facebook login account not with my email.
