Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, could you try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app?

That’s worked but now it will only download some songs off of albums I’ve got downloaded what’s wrong with it

To confirm, the songs are downloading after you reinstalled the app?

I have premium and my songs are downloaded however my music isn’t playing when I am offline
