I have premium but it won't let me transfer to Student?

I follow the instrusctions on the spotify.com/students but as soon as I sign in it doesn ask for anymore info. It just brings me to my login page. Does anyone know a fix for this?

Hey @fathersun,

you need to cancel your premium subscription. Don't worry about the day you have on the plan left, they will be added to the new subscription. So just cancel the current subscription and add the student discount through the homepage again 🙂
